Aces Shut out B.A.D. Blazers
The Perth Auto Dismantlers Aces returned to their winning
ways in the first game after the Festival Cup Tournament in a solid 10-0 win
over the Blazers.
The 10 goals achieved by the Aces were shared between 7 girls and saw Kenleigh Soper score her first Aces career goal and Aveleen Flood get another hat trick. The first period goals were scored by McKenzie Parsons and Paige Campbell with assists by Olivia Rau, Cassie Richardson, Lila Mortimer and Kenleigh Soper. The second period added 4 more goals to the board with shots scored by Olivia Rau, and Tessa Burdett and Aveleen, assists recorded by Devan Taylor, Julia McCann, Ella Taylor, Kenleigh and Paige. The final period rounded out the score at 10. Goals were scored by Stephanie Tsaltas, Aveleen, Olivia and Kenleigh with assists coming from Katie Antonio, Hannah Mogk, Tessa and Olivia.
A special congratulations goes to Hannah Mogk who earned the Coaches First Star Award for this game. Great work Hannah.
