Novice C Aces Start Playoffs on the Right Skate!
The Perth Auto Dismantlers Novice C Aces started their division playoffs in St. Marys yesterday and skated away with a shutout win.

It is safe to say, that our girls out muscled, out staked and outshot the St. Marys Rock in this, their 6 meeting of the year.
Goals were scored in each of the three periods today. In the first, Paige Campbell saved the puck at the blue line and passed to Olivia Rau who beat the St. Marys net minder to start the scoring. Halfway through the second, Devan Taylor shot arrow from the right point to ricochet off the goalies right pad earning her first goal of the season. Great job Devan! The final goal was scored by Mckenzie Parsons, after a scramble in front of the net, that saw Olivia Rau and Cassie Richardson contribute to getting the puck to Mckenzie.
Honourable mentions go out to Marta Rintoul who worked extremely hard to achieve this shut out and Tessa Burdett who was instrumental in keeping the St. Marys best player scoreless today. Congratulations Tessa for earning the Coaches First Star Award! The Aces play again today, March 5th @ 12:30pm against the St. Thomas Panthers at the RBC Arena.
