By RReinecker on Mar 02, 2015 (1224 views)
The Stratford Perth Auto Dismantlers Novice C Aces hosted the Chatham Outlaws on Saturday, February 28, 2015 in WOGHL playoff action. Unfortunately the speed and talent of the Outlaws was just too much for the Aces to handle and the game ended in a 9-0 loss. On Sunday March 1, 2015, the S.P.A.D. Novice C Aces looked for a bounce back effort in OWHA Provincial Play-down action, as they hosted the visiting St. Mary's Rock at the historic Allman arena. The girls came ready to play and earned a well deserved 2-1 win. Goals were both scored unassisted by Ella Van Bakel and Olivia (Rauzer) ...

The Stratford Perth Auto Dismantlers started their journey to advance to the 2015 OWHA Provincials this past Saturday (07FEB15) with a match up against the Mitchell Meterors. Despite a pretty evenly matched first period, the Meteors proved to be too much for the Aces to handle in the 2nd & 3rd period, and they found themselves losing the game 6-0. Notable mentions to forward Marta Rintoul and defence Katie Antonio for both playing a great game.

The Stratford Novice C Aces hosted the North Middlesex Stars at the Allman this past Saturday, January 31, 2015 and came away with another well deserved 1-0 win. The girls skated hard for all three periods and played some stellar "D" to shut-down a skilled Star's offence. Ella Van Bakel scored the unassisted third period goal and goaltender Sienna Wildgust earned another shut-out. The girls then travelled to St. Thomas for a great start to Super Bowl Sunday. Again the girls skated hard and used their speed to out work the Panthers for another 1-0 win. Kyleigh Denstedt was rewarded for ...

Wildcats Put The Claws To The Aces
Submitted
By RReinecker on Jan 26, 2015 (833 views)
The Stratford Perth Auto Dismantlers Novice C team had a Sunday afternoon (25JAN15) tilt with the Woodstock Wildcats. Unfortunately the ice seemed to have a tilt towards the Ace's end each period. The girls were caught watching the play in the second and third periods and wound up leaving their netminder in some tough situations. When the game had ended, the girls were able to minimize the damage for a 6-1 loss. The lone goal was scored unassisted by Ella Van Bakel...(Bagel). Notable mentions to goaltender Sienna Wildgust and Stephanie Tsaltas for great individual performances.
