Beast Mode Activated!!! The Sit Pretty Custom Grooming Novice C Aces unleashed the beast in Milana Verellen tonight in the first round of the championship playoffs against the Lambton Attack. Milana was every where tonight scoring 3 goals and obtaining the glorious Hat Trick! At the other end of the ice Lilly Harrigan got the shut out having to make a huge toe save on a breakaway with 36.2 seconds remaining in the third period. Madeline Nickel and Edie Murray were dominant in the defensive zone shutting down all of the Attack’s offence. Avree Marshall and Olivia Willemsen played extremely hard tonight forcing the Attack to constantly turnover the puck. Reese Campbell and Mira Broughton also scored for the aces, ending the game in a 5-0 win. The Aces play their 2nd game of the best 2 out of 3 series Saturday in Lambton at 1:20 pm. Let’s Win That Championship Girls, GO ACES!!
