The Novice C Aces faced another tough team in the Chatham Outlaws C. They did however have several good chances to score and were successful when Edie Murray kept the play in the Chatham zone. Milana Verellen was well positioned for the rebound and was too quick for the Chatham goalie.
Other notable moments included excellent clearing of the puck by Avree Marshall, Jillian Rossi and Julia Glitz. Mira Broughton had a good chance to score but was narrowly thwarted by the Chatham goalie. Her hustle and determination earned her the "ace" (MVP) of the game.
