Sit Pretty Custom Grooming Novice C with another tough loss
The Sit Pretty Custom Groomers were hungry for a win today in Mooretown. They got off to a rough start with an unlucky bounce and a quick goal by Mooretown. The girls didn't give up, they fought strong and played hard all game.
Milana Verellen had a breakaway chance, but the Mooretown goalie got a piece of it. Even though the final score was 10-0 for Mooretown, Edie Murray had a strong showing in net, making a lot of outstanding saves to keep the Aces hopes alive. Olivia Willemsen played an outstanding game. She fought hard at both ends of the ice, creating chances to score with her blistering speed, while at the same time standing tough in front of our net preventing Mooretown from scoring. This earned Olivia MVP “Ace” of the game. The girls face off against Ilderton tomorrow morning at 9:30am.
