Atom C Tied for 1st Place
The Stratford Nutrition House Atom C Aces moved into a tie for first place with South Huron in the western Ontario Girls Hockey League. The Atom C Aces traveled to Aylmer this past Thursday and posted a 3-0 victory over the B.A.D. Blazers. Megan Arnold stopped every shot against and the goal scorers were Jessica Blowes, Rachel Nash & Jillian Pitts.
The win on Thursday temporarily put the Aces in top spot only to be joined yesterday by the undefeated South Huron team. The Aces now have a 4-2 record with four regular season games remaining. The Aces will be tested next weekend when the host Sarnia Saturday @ 12pm at the Allman Arena. Then the Aces will host South Huron Monday night @6:30pm at the Molson Pad.
