Notes
The Sit Pretty Custom Grooming Novice C Aces showed hustle and determination against the South Huron Sabres HL team. The Aces came out strong in the first minutes of the game with hard shots on net from Milana Verellen and Clara Longston. Olivia Willemsen also drew a penalty on a breakaway chance. Ava Langis and Avree Marshall successfully held the line on defence and hustled to get back on rushes by the Sabres. Towards the end of the second period, Marshall had a long shot on net that Mira Broughton tipped to the corner of the goal. Broughton's hustle from end to end earned her the MVP (Ace) of the game.
