Miller Nets Four in Preseason Action  

The Perth Auto Dismantlers Novice B Aces started preseason action with an exciting victory over the Woodstock Wildcats. The young Aces showed a little rust in the first period allowing the Wildcats to get ahead by a couple of goals. The girls started things rolling in the second with Tessa Burdett scoring the first of two goals in the game. The third period found the Aces down by two when Emersyn Miller decided to take control of the game, scoring three of her four goals. This resulted in a pretty exciting finish as the Novice girls scored four unanswered goals in the last nine minutes of hockey to beat the Wildcats 6-5. Solid goal tending by Marta Rintoul and Sloan Cameron allowed for the game to remain close enough for the comeback to occur.
