The Glosnek and Smith Show to Start 2015
Cue the fireworks, the Strickland's Toyota Atom C Aces start 2015 with a big win on the road against the Chatham Outlaws. The battle was fierce with both teams scoreless going into the third period thanks in part to a stellar performance in net by Keira Akey. Grace Glosnek broke the goose egg then Ella Smith scored another (each assisting on the others goal) to put the Aces up by two. The Outlaws scored one late in the third to keep it interesting, and the fans on the edge of their seats, but strong defensive plays and a solid team effort kept the opposition at bay.
