The Stratford Aces are proud to announce the head coaches for our U13AA, U15AA, and U18AA programs for the 2026–27 season. Each of these coaches brings exceptional experience, leadership, and a deep commitment to developing elite female athletes in our association.
U13AA – Head Coach: Lexi Templeman
We are thrilled to welcome Lexi Templeman as the 2026–27 U13AA Head Coach.
Lexi brings an incredible depth of playing and leadership experience, including a standout NCAA career and professional experience in the PWHL. Her passion, high-performance mindset, and understanding of the modern women’s game will be an outstanding asset for our youngest AA athletes.
U15AA – Head Coach: Josh Willemsen
The U15AA program will be led by Josh Willemsen, a long-time and highly respected coach within the Aces organization.
Josh has spent the past eight seasons helping shape and grow Stratford’s competitive teams, consistently demonstrating strong player development, team culture building, and a calm, thoughtful coaching style. We are excited to see him guide our next group of U15AA athletes.
U18AA – Head Coach: Sean Cameron
Rounding out our high-performance staff, Sean Cameron returns to lead the U18AA program.
With 16 years of experience coaching within the Stratford Aces — including four seasons at the AA level — Sean brings continuity, leadership, and a proven track record of preparing players for junior, collegiate, and high-level competitive pathways.
