The Stratford Aces currently have an opening for the Director of Coach and Player Development position.
This individual would:
- sit on the Aces Board of Directors and attend monthly meetings
- provide all Aces Coaches with resources on hockey strategies and drills
- oversee the Coach's selection committee for all teams and present the chosen coaches to the Board prior to finalization
- review all Coach evaluations and mid-season reviews
- coordinate the training of Coaches and Players with the use of appropriate clinics and strategies.
