Please read the following guidelines/requirements for entering any Stratford Arena. Further information will be coming regarding covid screening requirements as this has been changing daily.
Ice users are not permitted to enter the facility until 15 minutes before their rental start time. Ice users must vacate the facility within 15 minutes following the completion of the rental.
The front entrance of the facility is not permitted to be used by ice users. The far set of double doors (South East corner) of the Rotary Complex (parking lot side) will be used as the entrance for ice users. The other set of double doors will be used as the exit for ice users.
Face coverings are still mandatory and must be worn in all areas of the facility.
All participants, coaches/team staff, parent/guardian supervisors and spectators will be required to complete active screening before entering the facility.
The main floor lobby and washrooms will be off limits and are not to be accessed.
The washrooms on the second floor are permitted to be used by ice user parent/guardian supervisors and spectators.
Under Step 3 of the provincial re-opening plan, indoor recreational facilities are permitted to have numbers up to 50% of the capacity limit.
The areas that are permitted for parent/guardian supervisors and spectators to view the ice surface have been marked in yellow tape. Please respect physical distancing by standing 6 feet apart from other patrons.
