The 2025/2026 Humphrey Fleet Service U18AA Stratford Aces Welcome Anna Blando & Colleen Graham
The Humphrey Fleet Service U18 AA Stratford Aces team is proud to announce the addition of two exceptional leaders to our coaching staff: Anna Blando and Colleen Graham.
We are thrilled to welcome Anna Blando as an Assistant Coach. Anna brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and a passion for developing young athletes—qualities that align perfectly with the mission and values of the Stratford Aces organization. Her coaching background includes a successful tenure with the East Coast Selects, a program known for its winning record and for developing high-level players. She has also served as an assistant coach with the Western University women’s hockey team, where she helped guide student-athletes competing at the U SPORTS level.
Anna is deeply committed to guiding young women during one of the most critical stages of their hockey journey. At the U18 level, players are refining their skills to compete at an elite level and preparing for opportunities beyond minor hockey—whether in post-secondary athletics, leadership roles, or continued involvement in the sport. Anna brings a holistic approach to coaching, emphasizing not only skill development and high-performance play but also confidence, resilience, and leadership. Her ability to connect with players and foster a strong, supportive team culture makes her an outstanding addition to our bench.
We are equally excited to announce that Colleen Graham will also be joining the U18 AA coaching staff. Colleen brings her own impressive background to the team, beginning with her playing career in the AA program in Stoney Creek through both U18 and U22. She went on to play varsity hockey at Queen’s University, gaining invaluable experience at the post-secondary level while demonstrating a strong commitment to the game.Beyond the rink, Colleen is a registered nurse, bringing a unique and well-rounded perspective to the coaching staff. Her understanding of physical and mental wellness, combined with her extensive hockey background, allows her to support players in ways that extend far beyond systems and strategy. Colleen is passionate about helping young women grow into confident, capable athletes and people, and her calm, knowledgeable presence will be a tremendous asset to the team.
Together, Anna and Colleen bring the perfect blend of competitive experience, leadership, mentorship, and professionalism to our U18 AA program. They embody the values of the Stratford Aces and will play a vital role in helping our athletes develop the skills, mindset, and dedication required to succeed at the highest levels of the game—and in life.
