Sign in Sheet for Spectators
New in the entrance of all arena facilities is a “Spectator/patron sign-in sheet”. All recreational fitness facilities are required to obtain contact information for all spectators and patrons entering the building. If you have not signed the sheet when you enter – then you are not permitted to be in the facility! REMINDER: Only 1 Adult or Guardian is permitted for each player. Note: Players and coaches are not required to sign in at the entrance since separate attendance is being maintained for the ice users.
