Aces Online Banquet Day 8

Sommers Generator Systems Peewee AA
There is something about the game of hockey that creates untouchable bonds between a group of people. Bonds that distance doesn’t break, and it is something so rare. This year, the PeeWee AA team was blessed with a great group of girls and families. Thank you to the McGregor Family at Sommers Generator Systems for their sponsorship on

and off the ice. Thank you to coaches Wex, Mogker, and Terry for pushing and supporting the girls each and every ice time! We learned a lot from each of you and I enjoyed our time together at the rink. To Brooke Rau - thank you for your hard work and dedication to our team. You were both a coach and trainer, but the most important is that you are an excellent role model to young hockey players. I wish you the best of luck in the future. Thank you to our trainers, Stacey and Lisa, for taking great care of the girls. And to our managers, Carey and Stacey - thank you for all the behind the scenes work. To the Stevenson and Nethercott families, thank you for looking after the jerseys. To all parents, thank you for choosing the Stratford Aces Hockey program. Families like yours help make our organization so great! It takes a village and everyone working together makes it all come together! To the girls - Jayden, Tori, Skylar, Ella B., Charlie, Ryleigh, Lerissa, Mauve, McKenzie, Kenleigh, Katie, Leah, Ella G., Kiara, Liv, Grace, and Hannah - You are an exceptional group of great athletes with tremendous talent. You showed everyone that hard work, attention to detail, developing fundamental skills and a strong belief in TEAM, you can accomplish great things. I am extremely proud of all of you and enjoyed coaching you this season. Our final skate 1 month ago came too quickly for us and I will always wonder what would have happened at the 2019-2020 Girls Hockey Provincials. Please remember that some victories don’t show up on the scoreboard. Congratulations on a great year! ~Jamie
