The Taylor Fluid Systems Peewee BB Aces
played their last game on the same night that all hockey was suspended and
eventually canceled due to the now all familiar COVID-19 pandemic. Although
their last game didn’t unfold as drawn out by the coaches, both the girls and
the coaches had an amazing season that could have easily seen them go deep in
the Provincials tournament. With a 61 game season; 40-7-14, 165GF & 60GA (GAA .981 amazing!), 1 gold 1 silver and two semi final showings in four tournaments as well as finishing first in their LLFHL regular season loop earned this team had one of the best records within the Startford Aces Association. A huge kudos to the coaching staff who went above and beyond to help the girls and the team as a whole succeed throughout the season. The TFS P-BB Aces should be proud of themselves and their teammates for such a successful season; makes one think, what could have been?
