Stratford Motor Products/Chevolet Hockey Helmet Program

Chevrolet has once again announced the Chevrolet Safe And Fun Hockey Helmet program. All children born in 2009 and registered for minor hockey for the 2014/15 season are eligible. Here's the link for parents to register online at www.SafeAndFunHockey.ca Once this is completed, print the form and bring it to Stratford Motor Products where you will give you the package to pick up your helmet at Sportchek.
