Schedule & Results, Senior B, Senior, 2021-2022 (Stratford Aces Girls Hockey)

The Stratford Lady Aces faced division rivals the Twin Centre Hericanes at home on Saturday night. Despite a shaky start in the first, Stratford was first to strike with Courtney Downham netting one on a pass from Janelle Krug. Kim Schlattman was next to strike for the home squad; putting them up 2-0 at the end of 2 periods. Twin Centre responded only 14 seconds into the third but Olivia Boersen answered back cashing in her own rebound just 2 minutes later. Katie Van Nynatten followed up with a beautiful break away goal. The visiting team managed to put up one more goal late in the third but it was not enough and the Lady Aces took the 4-2 win. Olivia Pethick was once again stellar in net, keeping Stratford’s lead intact all game.
