Stratford Kinsmen Senior B Aces defeated the Lucknow Legends 3-0 on Saturday. The Aces swept the best of 3 match up to move onto the SOWHL championship series for the first time in the team's history. Laura Brennan opened up the scoring late in the first on the Aces first power play of the game. Tonya Bowles assisted and followed up with a goal of her own just 3 minutes later. Allison Rutledge recorded her 3rd shutout of the season; keeping the Aces afloat through a gritty second period. Janelle Krug shut the door on the Legends with an empty net goal to finish the battle.
