Notes
The Vancea Financial Peewee C Aces faced the Ingersoll Ice on Saturday afternoon for WOGHL playoff action.
The first period was scoreless. The Aces picked up their game in period two, when Chloe Bannon from Natalie Weinheimer and Madi McKinley gave the Aces a 1-0 lead.
About 2 minutes later Rachel Nash from Faith Binns would fire one in the top left corner to give the Aces a 2-0 lead.
Despite some action at both ends of the rink in the third period, there were no more goals and the Aces would take the 2-0 win.
Goalie Julia Bouwman kept the Aces alive many times and takes the well earned shutout!
