Schedule & Results, First Student Canada Midget BB, U18, 2012-2013 (Stratford Aces Girls Hockey)

After finishing second in their pool the Aces faced the Oakville Hornets in the quarter final game early Sunday morning.  Emma Drake opened the scoring in the first with assists going to Bridget McCann and Cailey Gavin.  Oakville tied the game late in the second.  With no scoring in the third the game went into a five minute overtime.  Playing four on four, there were several chances at both ends however no one could put the puck pass either goalie.  This sent the game into to a shoot out.  It took six shooters before the Oakville Hornets put the puck pass Chevrier to earn a berth to the semi finals.  McCann was the MVP for the game.
