Aces Start Playoff Run With A Tie
On Saturday January 27th the Stratford Perth Auto Dismantlers Novice B Aces played their fist playoff game against South Huron. In order to win the series a team must have 4 points, with 2 points for a win and 1 for a tie. 

During the first period South Huron came out strong and were rewarded with a goal to go up 1-0. The Aces would never give up and came out hard in the second period. Emma Van Nes scored to tie the game up at 1-1, with assists from Eve Binns and Emersyn Miller. The rest of the second period there was a lot of back and forth play, but no one was able to score. The third period was an exciting one with South Huron scoring to make it 2-1. The Aces would answer right back with a goal from Binns and an assist from Miller, tying it up at 2-2. The game would end in a 2-2 tie, with each team getting a point. Ace of the Game went to Emma Van Nes and Defensive Ace of the Game went to Emersyn Miller.
