Stratford Aces 2024/2025 Rep Team Information
General Information:
Spring Tryouts - for U11 to U18:
To attend our spring tryouts
All participants MUST register for tryouts at Stratford GHA : RAMP Registrations and pay your non-refundable tryout fee online to [email protected] prior to the first tryout. Formal registration will occur after players have been selected for a team and instructions will follow.
Tryout fee for all teams U11-U18 is $70 (non-refundable). The Tryout fee is due prior the first tryout. No exceptions.
Players will not be allowed on the ice without paying the tryout fee. There are no discounts of the tryout fee. Players are guaranteed the first 2 scheduled tryouts at which time tryouts for the second team will commence.
We encourage anyone interested in playing Rep hockey to attend the first tryouts as the number that attend may determine whether we will field a second rep team in each age category. If you are not attending the 1st tryouts but wish to tryout for a second team please complete the online Tryout Registration Form and email your intent to the respective team's Coach prior to the tryout date.
Coaches of the second teams will be present at the first team tryouts.
If you are selected for a team you will be given instructions for registering and providing your registration payments.

Players coming from another centre MUST bring a signed Permission to Skate form from their home centre AND complete the online Tryout Registration Form. A copy of the birth certificate will be required if the player is selected for one of our rep teams.

What do my Rep Registration Fees pay for? Please note: Ice time has been added for each team in 2024/25 season.
If a payment is not received by the deadline a player will not be allowed on the ice until payment has been made.
All payments must be made via etransfer to [email protected] (include player name & team in message)
Please do not pay any full season fees until you have received confirmation of selection from coaches after tryouts.

Out Of Town Fee:
Out of town fee is $75 per player per sport. There is no maximum amount per family. This fee is set by the City of Stratford and managed by the Stratford Minor Sports Council. It is in place for families that do not live in Stratford and do not pay taxes to the City of Stratford.
Out of town fees must be included with your September 30th payment.
