Aces don't slow down defeating Guelph 4-0 in second game of back to back

The Aces hosted the Gryphons in the second game of a 2 game home and home mini series.  Continuing her hot streak of play, Katelyn Green helped opening the scoring by getting the puck to Avery Canal who slid it cross ice to Liv Willemsen on the empty side of the net and she slotted home for a 1-0 lead.  Liv then netted again when Jillian Rossi carried the puck in and got a backhand over to her and Liv made no mistake putting the aces ahead 2-0.  Green then kept her streak grabbing a loose puck, cutting in and found some space between the tender's shoulder and post with a beautiful shot for a 3-0 lead.  A great shift later in the game with Canal, Liv and Julia Glitz up front and Gracie Neumeister and Lana Verellen on the backend keeping the puck in the Gryphons zone almost all shift.  A hooking call on the Aces put them down shorthanded but they kept up the pressure anyhow with Emry MacIntosh getting a fantastic chance battling outfront.  Later on, a Paisley Stevens pinch at the blueline kept a play alive and Canal dished to Glitz but was denied.  Another notable shift was one by Green where she was all over the offensive zone and even had a diving play to keep the puck in the zone to sustain pressure.  The final goal came on some hard work deep in the Gryphons zone by Glitz and MacIntosh after some great skating and passes by Neumeister ended up with Rossi knocking in a rebound to make the final score 4-0.
