Stratford Aces Midget BB/B Tryout Information
Welcome to the 2019/2020 Midget BB/B Aces tryouts. There will be three spring tryouts May 8th, 9th & 10th involving one practice followed by two exhibition games. Player releases will be posted on the team website throughout the tryout/exhibition schedule. The expected time commitment for the girls & families next season is three times per week which includes one 2 hour practice & 1-2 games.
We will enter four tournaments with one or two overnight stays & two local.The registration costs for Midget BB/B is ($1500.00). If we determine the team to play at the B level the cost will be marginally less as we would play 1 hour games versus 1.5 hour games at the BB level.
This fee pays for all of our game and practice ice. The fee also covers game labels, referees, time keepers and our entry fee into four tournaments including the Stratford tournament. These fees are payable within a schedule and will be collected by (post dated cheque) at the parent meeting once the final team has been selected. More details can be found on the Aces website. There will be NO team fundraising. There may be small additional team costs, however these will be voted on by the parent group and must receive executive approval.
The coaching staff will be available following the ice sessions to answer any questions you may have regarding your daughter or the Midget program.
