Gracey Shuts Out Kitchener
Gracey’s Exceptional Goaltending Gives Peewee BB Aces a Weekend Full of Success!

Ella Gracey goaltender of the Turner Plumbing Peewee BB Aces was hot between the pipes this past weekend. The Aces met up with the fierce Kitchener Lady Rangers. Gracey showed her strength and talent making multiple spectacular saves to defend the Aces net. The Aces were able to hold the Rangers to a 0-0 tie, securing the shutout for Gracey! The Aces had a fun filled day doing lots of team building starting with their team photo, a wonderful spaghetti lunch at The Queens Inn and discussing upcoming plans for the Good Deeds Cup Challenge.

The Aces moved onto Sunday pumped up and ready to go! The long drive to Orangeville could not break their positive energy. The Aces took to the ice ready for a battle. The Aces opened the scoring with the team’s first goal of the season shot in by Aveleen “Floody” Flood. This pumped up the Aces. Skylar Fadelle added the second, as she received a pass from line mate Victoria Campbell. Morgan Yantzi added two more goals one assisted by Floody for the Aces in the second and third period to bring the score to a 4-1 win over Orangeville! The next action for
the Aces is next weekend at the Ancaster Fall Shootout Tournament.
