Dunny's Source for Sports Atom C Stratford Aces skated to their first pre-season win on Saturday afternoon, defeating the West Oxford Inferno 2-1. Peyton Boyles-Keating was solid in net for the Aces and was 2 seconds away from the shut-out. Abby Iacabellis and Krista McMahon each scored for the Atom C Aces while Paige Taylor had 2 assists. Peyton Barcley and Rachael Barber were strong defensively for the Aces limiting the Inferno's offensive chances. Next game for the girls is Saturday September 23rd vs the Waterloo Ravens at RIM park.
