“Your Greatness is Not What You Have, It’s What You Give”
The Perth Auto Dismantlers Atom A Aces have embraced the
challenge of presenting good deeds to several great causes in the community.
It all began with the Pigs of Hope Campaign with the Canadian Cancer Society. Emersyn Miller challenged her teammates to collect funds to support the pigs of hope campaign. The girls have embraced the challenge with lots of enthusiasm.
Secondly, the Woodstock Wildcats Atom A girls approached the team and asked the girls to join them while they raised donations, collected PJ’s, and toys for the Power of Hope Community Organizations – powerofhope.ca. The girls were very excited to join their opponents in this great cause.
Lastly, the girls collected items of need for Gloria’s Place – Humane Society in Stratford. They were fortunate enough to have an amazing tour and were treated to a cute and furry cuddle with some of the feline friends. These girls have demonstrated generosity and kindness which has touched many lives this holiday season. “Your greatness is not what you have, it’s what you give.”
