The Sit Pretty Custom Grooming Novice C team continue to show improvement as they worked hard to defend against a relentless North Middlesex Jr Stars C team.
On offence, Milana Verellen, Reese Campbell and Mira Broughton had a few breakthrough opportunities but were unable to finish with a goal. Defensively, Ava Langis showed tons of hustle and Edie Murray, Madeleine Nickel, and Avree Marshall continued to clear the puck along the boards and fight hard in the corners. Olivia Willemsen was a stand out in net as she made several great stops to keep the Jr Nets at bay. The girls look forward to being re-seeded and playing against better matched teams.
