Sit Pretty Custom Grooming Novice C face a tough Ilderton team
The Sit Pretty Custom Grooming Novice C Aces faced a strong Ilderton Jets C team in Sunday's game.
Ava Langis in a relatively new defensive position, hustled to get back during the Jets multiple pushes to the net. Emry Macintosh was also strong on D with several slices to clear the puck out of the Jets reach. Madeline Nickel showed determination while getting into dig at the puck while Milana Verellen and Reese Campbell had a few good chances rushing out ahead toward the Jets end. Lilly Harrigan also showed strong hustle when getting back on D and clearing the puck out of the Aces end. Edie Murray's performance in net earned her MVP "ace" of the game while she faced an overwhelming and relentless offensive strike. The girls look forward to next weekend's tournament in Mitchell.
