The Downie Optimist Midget A Aces were eliminated from league playoffs is a third and deciding game. The Aces fell short to the Cambridge Roadrunners. Both teams fought hard for the advance to the second round, however the Aces could not find the back of the net, even after many great chances. The Aces will now work on securing a provincial berth when they go up against the Saugeen Maitland Lightning in a 3 game series starting later this week.
