Schedule & Results, Downie Optimist Midget A, 2017-2018 (Stratford Aces Girls Hockey)

The Downie Optimist Midget A Aces made a road trip to Georgetwon Saturday night to face the North Halton Twisters in regular league play. The Aces had a strong showing by beating the Twisters 4-2. Marissa Van Der Ploeg opened the Aces scoring in the first period, only to be answered a short time later by a Twisters goal. Mid way through the second period the Twisters took the lead, but then Katie Berg banged one in for Stratford to tie it up. Ally Muir and Abby Gilchrist added one more each for the Aces in the third to end the game. Olivia Hunt played a strong game in the Aces net.
