Welcome to the 2017/2018 Bantam A Aces
tryouts. There will be seven spring tryouts involving three
practices/scrimmages followed by four exhibition games. All exhibition
games will be by invite only. Player releases will be posted on the
team website following the second tryout and continue throughout the exhibition
schedule. The expected time commitment for the girls & families is four
times per week which includes two practices & 1-2 games. We will enter
either three or four tournaments with one or two overnight stays & two
local.
In addition to the registration costs for Bantam A ($1,275) there is also an association fundraising fee of $300 which all players will pay. Both of these fees will be collected at the parent meeting once the final team has been selected. You will be able to recoup the fundraising fee if you participate in the association fundraiser. More details can be found on the Aces website. There will be NO team fundraising. There may be small additional team costs, however these will be voted on by the parent group and must receive executive approval.
The coaching staff will be available following the ice sessions to answer any questions you may have regarding your daughter or the Bantam program. I would like to thank you for bringing out your daughter. I hope your daughter enjoys the skates.
