Welcome to the 2015/2016 Stratford Bantam BB Aces tryouts. There will be three spring tryouts consisting of 1 hour practice/scrimmage sessions. I am currently looking for exhibition games. Player releases will be done online following the second tryout & continue over the remaining tryouts & any exhibition games.
The goal for our team will be to play at the BB level; however I will not put our team into a division where the girls can't be competitive. The final decision on what level we will play at will be determined in the fall. The basis for that decision will be on players abilities and our September exhibition record.
The commitment expectation for the girls during the season will be 4 x per week. These times will include two weekly practices and 1 - 2 games. We will enter four tournaments two overnight stays & two local. Additional team costs over & above registration to cover any bussing & tournament entries typically ranges from $300-500 per player. The team will usually fund-raise to get that money back.
I would like to thank you for bringing your daughter out to tryout & I hope she enjoys the tryout sessions. The coaching staff will be available for any questions or concerns following each tryout session.
