Twas the game before Christmas over at Wilmot's house.
The ice was too flooded for even a mouse.
Enough of that.
Abby was in the right place at the right time to use every inch of her considerable reach to wrap the puck around the sprawling Wolverine goaltender and find the net.
Wilmot scored after a lengthy scramble to tie the game. Ella so nearly had it...
No one else scored so the game ended a tie.
We all went home and enjoyed Christmas!!
Next we are going to go bowling and swimming and do all sorts of other fun stuff.
Soon we will play hockey again.
