Reinecker's Shorty Seals The Series
The Stratford Egg Farmers of Ontario Atom BB Aces travelled to Waterloo on Sunday, February 8, 2015 for the final game of their first round playoff series with the Ravens. Both teams came out to play and the speed of the game was pushed to the max. Each team exchanged chances and battled hard for all three periods. A second period short handed goal turned out to be the difference, as the Aces were able to hold on for a 1-0 series clinching win. The goal was scored by Reese Reinecker with the assist credited to Avery Wildgust. Courtney Lott was between the pipes and earned the well deserved shut-out. Notable mentions to forward Jordie Smith and defence Ashley Hodgson for playing great games.
