Notes
An exciting non-stop game today between the Novice B Aces and Lucan. Five minutes into the game, Goaltender Avery Wildgust was tripped and pushed over, re-aggravating her previous ankle injury. Goaltender Courtney Lott went into net for three minutes in her forward attire while her pads were retrieved before the official five minute allowance was taken to make the complete equipment swap. Lauren Taylor worked aggressively on forward but was taken down hard in the third period; she was unable to return for the final ten minutes. Olivia Chartrand showed some strong defence. Stratford just could not match the strong Lucan team who outshot Stratford 65 to 5.
