Aces First Student Canada Midget BB were in South Huron on Saturday........
skating to a three to three tie. South Huron took an early lead in the first, when Aden scored from Leah to tie the game in the first. South Huron scored the only goal in the second. Aden tied the game again from Taylor and Kiani. The Aces took the first lead of the game when Taylor scored just a minute later. With just over three minutes left in the game South Huron scored to tie the game up again.
On Sunday the team was on the road again, this time to Brantford. Taylor scored late in the first and there was no scoring in the second. Brantford started the third on the power play and it didn’t take them long to score to tie the game just ten seconds in. Stratford then took over and scored three unanswered goals to win four to one. Rachel, Aden and Emma all scored with assists going to Maggie, Alexis, Bridget, and Aden. Improving their LLFHL record to 6 – 3 – 2.
