Taylor Fluid Systems Peewee C - Chevy Good Deeds Cup - Deed #5
Submitted By Jaime Neeb on Saturday, December 22, 2018
The Stratford Aces Peewee C team has been busy in the month of December in the community gathering; household items, clothing, 20 pairs of brand-new socks, gently used winter gear, toiletries, non-perishable food items, as well as $36 cash to donate to the Stratford House of Blessing.

While the team was hoping to also volunteer inside the HOB to help organize donation items, a recent fire in the basement of the building put those plans on hold.

Along with the help of our local Chevy Dealer, Stratford Motor Products’ General Sales Manager Steve Scott, who provided a truck to transport the donations, the girls delivered a truck load of goods to the facility on Monday, December 17th, 2018.

The weather outside was a bit frightful, though the girls helped upload the donations to different storage boxes and inside the main building.  We know that all of these items and the hard work of the girls will be appreciated by many people in the Stratford Area over the holidays and throughout the next year.

Great work Stratford Aces Peewee C girls hockey team!  And a big thanks to Steve Scott and the employees of SMP for their contribution to the donation drive as well!
