Schedule & Results, Cooper Standard Bantam B, U15, 2014-2015 (Stratford Aces Girls Hockey)

On Friday evening the Aces played a very skilled and physical team in the Temiskaming Shores Punkhounds.
Temiskaming Shores controlled much of the play early in the game but couldn’t solve goaltender Sommer English. Stratford’s Kate Schneider opened the scoring assisted by Tarha Keen. Before the end of the first period The Puckhounds bounced back and tied the game at 1’s.
After a pair of goals early in the second period it looked like the Puckhounds would run away with the game but Stratford battled back. Abby Debus ripped a wrist shot into the top corner to cut the Temiskaming lead to 1.
Unfortunately, despite a late surge, the Aces were unable to equalize and gave up a 3 to 2 loss.
